JOB DUTIES:
- Work collaboratively and cooperatively with others, with a commitment to a workplace of dignity and respect, in compliance with equal employment opportunity standards and regulations;
- Become familiar with Agency guidelines, policies, and procedures;
- Perform data entry and process policy information in EPIC to update and maintain client accounts;
- Order Loss Runs and Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) reports;
- Import client employee information (Employee Benefits);
- Assist with Business Development and Marketing Research;
- Maintenance and client setup on Agency Management System, Risk Management and Benefits software;
- Assist with claims administration;
- Perform other client service administrative tasks with increasing complexity;
- Assist the Risk Division by creating Mod Master Reports
- Assist with quoting and account rounding projects;
- Assist with coordination and preparation of seminars and various client events throughout the year;
- Provide back-up to reception/front desk;
- Become a member of CAT (Catastrophic) Team when required;
- Regularly attend and participate in various online courses and in-person training to increase knowledge of insurance, technical, and soft skills.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Florida 4-40 license within 12 months of hire.
- Florida 2-20 (or 2-15, as applicable) License within 18 months of hire.
- High School degree required; some college or college degree, preferred.
- Strong desire to learn and grow as an insurance professional.
- Minimum of 6 months of prior employment.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
